VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards are accepted. Seating is first come, first served upon arrival. Tickets for high demand events may sell quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be added to an event as it is selling.
The IRQ III travels rain or shine except when the captain deems conditions unsuitable.
If you choose to cancel your cruise, no monetary refund will be given. We are happy to credit you and rebook you on another cruise of your choosing, or offer you a gift certificate for future use.
Pure Michigan Boat Cruises reserves the right to cancel any Sip n` Sail event, including not meeting the required number of ticket purchases. If Sip n’ Sail Cruises cancels a cruise, full refunds will be offered, or the choice to rebook at a later date. You may also opt for a gift certificate in the full amount of your purchase.
For your pleasure, The Porthole Bar opens 30 minutes prior to departure time. Please board no later than 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
ACCESSIBILITY: The IRQ III boarding ramp is 28” wide and we have an elevated ramp for handicapped guests to access the heated cabins. Stairs to the upper deck limit handicapped guest access
FOOD & DRINKS: Alcoholic beverages are for sale for guests over the age of 21 with proper ID. Personal food and beverages prohibited.
PETS: Pets, comfort animals & search/rescue/police dogs are not permitted aboard cruises. Service animals are permitted with proof that they are trained to perform a specific task for the benefit of a person with a disability. Service animals can be denied entry if the animal causes a significant disturbance or poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others.
